another week... another "groundbreaking" model release from some silicon valley ghoul who couldn't even adjust the tracking on a standard pal vhs tape if their life depended on it—

we are burning gigawatts of electricity to power "autonomous agents" that do nothing but draft half-assed emails and generate sterile, plastic-looking images... it is complete and total bullshit...

meanwhile actual cultural history is physically decaying into vinegar in damp archive basements because there is "no budget" for preservation—the industry would rather fund this soulless hype cycle than save the actual tangible world...

one day the vc money will run dry and these models will vanish into the ether—leaving behind nothing but digital rot and a mountain of server e-waste... and we still won't have a search engine that actually works... grim... for god's sake...
